Placing an order at Chopt is quick and easy. You have three convenient options:

  • Online: Visit our menu page, browse items, and add them to your cart.
  • By phone: Call us at +1 646-783-1600 and our team will take your order.
  • In person: Visit us at 120 W 56th St, New York, NY 10019 during business hours.

You can modify or cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it, provided it hasn't been sent to our kitchen yet. To make changes, please contact us immediately at +1 646-783-1600 or email [email protected].

Once your order enters preparation, we're unable to make changes but we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

For dine-in and pick-up orders, there is no minimum amount — order as little or as much as you like.

For delivery orders, a minimum of $15 applies. Catering orders have their own minimums depending on the package selected.

Delivery

Delivery zones, times, and tracking your order to your door.

We currently deliver within a 5-mile radius of our New York location at 120 W 56th St. This covers most of Manhattan and select surrounding areas.

You can enter your address at checkout to confirm availability. We are continuously expanding our delivery zone — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we reach your area.

Most deliveries arrive within 30–45 minutes of order confirmation, depending on your distance and current order volume. During peak lunch hours (11:30am–1:30pm), please allow up to 60 minutes.

You'll receive a confirmation email with a real-time tracking link once your order is on its way.

Our standard delivery fee is $3.99 for orders under $30. Orders of $30 or more qualify for free delivery within our delivery zone.

A small service fee may apply during high-demand periods. Any applicable fees will always be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Corporate events, parties, and large group orders — we've got you covered.

Yes! Chopt offers full-service catering for events of all sizes — from small office lunches to large corporate gatherings and private celebrations. Our catering menu includes:

  • Salad bars and build-your-own stations
  • Individually packaged salads and grain bowls
  • Catering platters and family-style serving trays
  • Dessert and beverage add-ons

Inquire About Catering

We recommend booking catering at least 48 hours in advance for smaller orders (under 20 people), and 5–7 business days for larger events.

For weekend or holiday events, earlier booking is strongly encouraged to ensure full availability of menu items and staff. Contact us as soon as your event date is confirmed.

Our catering minimum is $75 for delivery orders. There is no minimum for pick-up catering orders.

Pricing varies based on menu selection and group size. We offer per-person packages starting at $14 per person for group orders of 10 or more. Contact our catering team for a customized quote.
